The tasks of the admissions office are twofold. The main responsibility lies in the student recruitment, admission and academic counseling throughout their studies at the International Department. The second goes far beyond that academic scope and comprises the counseling and tutoring of an international student cliental throughout their studies at the University of Karlsruhe.

- 1999 Ph.D graduation in Gechemistry with the subject on Mobilisation of heavy metals and Arsenic from old Ag-Pb-Zn mining areas in the Black Forest.
