*In the face of the visa procedure we generally recommend an application as early as possible. Therefore we strongly advise that candidates from abroad (NON-EU Citizens) submit their complete application file no later than May 30, 2008.
**Candidates from Germany and the rest of Europe may hand in their application package by July 15, 2008 for the next program start in September 2008.
