Track description:

“Accounting” focuses on measuring, processing, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating information about an organization’s activities. Due to the different informational needs of managers and external parties, this module covers both financial and management accounting. This provides a powerful framework in order to enhance a manager’s understanding of how accounting principles and concepts can serve the many purposes of reporting, planning and decision-making, and control. The manager will develop a sound understanding of the various techniques in use and the ability to adapt them to changing environments.
